Tour Level Mental Training is a division of Mind Matters Sports and is dedicated exclusively to tennis mental training. Sessions are provided by Mark J. Springett.

Mark has a strong knowledge of both the mental and strategic aspects of tennis performance. He has worked with ATP Tour players (including travel to the slams), NCAA DI players, top-30 players in both the boys and girls ITF world junior rankings (including travel to the junior slams), as well as with many highly nationally and sectionally ranked players (including travel to the Easterbowl, Hard Courts, Clay Courts and International Spring Championships (ISC)). He is an 8-year sponsor of the Easter Bowl and the G16s-18s hard court championships, as well as a 3-year sponsor of the ISC. He is available to help you develop the necessary tools to compete at the highest level.

Tour Level Mental Training with Mark J. Springett includes, but is not limited to, helping you:

- develop a pre-serve routine and a pre-return of serve routine
- develop an in between points routine & changeover routine

- visualize
- build your confidence

- develop a pre-match routine (to prepare you mentally & physically before you start your matches) & a post-match routine
- develop game plans & reflect on your matches (& training)

Expert on Momentum in Tennis Matches

As part of his Masters in Sport Psychology, Mark made extensive research on understanding "
Perceptions and Strategies of Psychological Momentum among Competing Tennis Players". He interviewed ex-ATP Tour and WTA Tour players, Satellite and Futures Tour players, and NCAA DI players, who offer strategies they use to develop and maintain positive momentum in a match and strategies to overcome negative momentum in a match.
